PLAN & Tyze
Planned Lifetime Advocacy Network (PLAN) seeks to ensure “a good life” for individuals with disabilities. This includes financial security and also a network of caring relationships. PLAN is a family-led organization founded to secure the future for people with disabilities. It does not accept government funding. Families pay a fee for PLAN’s various services. A good way to start is by joining The PLAN Family Partnership ($29 per year), through which you can add your voice to an independent family movement impacting the future of your relative or loved one with a disability.
